Here We Are

You know my policy about reporting on relationships in the blog.  I feel partly superstitious, partly respectful of the privacy of the person in question. Basically, less is more.

So I will stick to the facts.  I left my Mom yesterday afternoon, and united with Garris in this adorable apartment on West 46th Street.  We went out to dinner, then came back, and did what we've both wanted to do for a long time--lay in front of the TV together.  This may sound terribly pedestrian, but it means a lot more to both of us than any amount of movie-type carriage ride through Central Park mega-date.

Since I'm sticking with the facts, did I mention is eyes are the bluest blue, and dance when he smiles?

That's plenty enough for now, I think.

That sounds like a delightful way to spend time, lying in front of the television together. It's amazing how much joy can arise in doing the simplest of acts together. Hmm, dancing blue eyes? I'm glad that this rendezvous is living up to your expectations. I love romane.

I rather find it far more delightful than a carriage ride. To feel comfortable and serene enough with someone your able to curl up together and do a simple thing like watching tv., says volumnes in itself hon. I'm smiling after reading this. Thanks for letting me know. I didn't even realize you had your blog on MovableType. I've saved the link in any case. Sounds like we both have our romantic moments this week. Doc and I celebrate 5 years Friday. It still amazes me someone loves me enough to have stuck through the beginning of my sobriety, my deafness and quite frankly just puts up with me. I would wish all I have with him and more for you dear friend. (Hugs)Indigo

it doesn't sound so pedestrian as much as it sounds like serenity....
